Our experienced assurance professionals serve the audit and assurance needs in a wide range of industries. Our approach incorporates identifying risks, assessing accounting issues, improving controls and evaluating the degree of transparency when reporting information to stakeholders.

We understand our clients' needs and recognize the time and effort required by your company in preparing for the annual audit. We have adopted a "Lights Out" approach to the audit review and compilation process. Prior to their year-end, we meet with our clients to review the scope of the audit. We then agree on the timing of the field work and schedule the dates we will perform it and develop a detailed program specifying what will be provided by the client. Once we commence our field work, we execute our audit plan and complete the examination. Before leaving our client's office, we provide them with a draft report for comment and review. Within seven days of receiving the comments, we issue the final report.  We apply the same Lights Out process to review and compilation engagements.  Our goal is optimal efficiency to benefit our clients. This streamlined process allows our clients' accounting personnel to resume normal, ongoing activities as soon as possible, avoids a start and stop process and the duplicate production of document requests.

Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. is devoted to quality and has taken steps to guarantee that the firm meets the highest professional standards.
