Professional Staff: Must be degreed accountants who have either completed their 150 hours or are working towards that goal and plan to sit for the CPA exam as well as meet the standards listed below.
Administrative Staff: Must have previous administrative experience as well as meet the standards listed below.

Director of Employee Services
Heather joined Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer in 2006. As the Director of Employee Services, she organizes and administers human resource policies, programs and practices related to recruiting, employee benefits, compensation and assessment and employee relations. Heather is actively involved in coordinating training and continuing professional education for staff. She also conducts educational programs and is a requested speaker for the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants Leader’s Institute and local universities. Heather is currently earning her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
