Summary of Experience
Sarah joined the firm in 2016 with nine years experience in recruiting, team development and management, brand promotion, community engagement, public relations, marketing and event planning. Over the span of her career, she has represented professional sports teams, collegiate athletic associations, and national brands such as STIHL, Inc. and Wounded Warrior Project.
Focusing on talent acquisition and development, Sarah collaborates with colleges and universities to increase visibility and desirability of the firm and oversees the communication regarding recruiting and employee engagement through social media channels. With the goal of elevating the firm’s culture in mind, she facilitates the development of employee incentive plans, manages the firm’s formal performance evaluation and mentoring processes, coordinates and oversees the onboarding and training process for interns and full-time hires, organizes community involvement initiatives, and plans firm team-building events. She also improves the firm’s attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices in response to employee feedback and industry trends.
