SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Caitlyn joined the firm in 2016 as an administrative assistant, supporting the audit and advisory staff and collaborating on marketing, recruiting, and internal team development initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, she earned nearly 10 years of administrative and event planning experience across multiple industries, honing her skills in communication and professional development.

With the goal of elevating the firm’s vibrant culture, she manages the firm’s formal performance evaluation and mentoring processes, coordinates and oversees the onboarding and training process for interns and full-time hires, organizes community involvement initiatives, facilitates team development, and plans all internal firm events. She works closely with the marketing and recruiting staff to increase the visibility and desirability of the firm and its culture to prospective employees. She also improves the firm’s attractiveness and bolsters talent retention by recommending new policies and practices in response to employee feedback and industry trends.
