WEC Wednesday’s Beyond the Desk with Paul DiNardo

With 2020’s tax deadlines behind us, we thought we would take this time to get to know some of our staff beyond their desks here at WEC, so every Wednesday we will be featuring fun facts about a new employee.

We are kicking off the series with Shareholder Paul DiNardo. A graduate of the college of William and Mary, Paul joined the firm in 1998 after 10 years of Big 4 experience and 2 years of private accounting. Today Paul works with clients in a variety of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing and technology.

WW: “Tell us some fun facts about yourself that people might not know.”

Paul: “I met Rudy Ruettiger at a conference and he told me that my cousin, Jerry DiNardo, was the reason he graduated from Notre Dame.

I am in the process of applying for dual citizenship with Italy.

My father flew with the Great Santini at Cherry Point, NC.

I married my high school sweetheart and my son met his wife in the same hallways in high school where I met his mom.

If you add up the numeric presentation of my birthdate, the total is 1994.”

Stay tuned for next WEC Wednesday’s Beyond the Desk with Shareholder Joanna Brumsey.
