Norfolk, VA (January 2012): Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. (WEC) is pleased to welcome David Chase, CPA as the firm's newest Shareholder, effective January 1, 2012.

David works with established and growing mid-sized companies in a variety of industries with regional or national presence through all phases of their business. He has expertise in partnership tax matters and advises sophisticated joint-ventures and real estate investment funds. He also advises the owners on tax and estate matters significant to affluent, family-owned businesses.

David's expertise is sought because he recognizes the importance of proactive tax planning and he enables his clients to minimize and manage their tax liabilities as part of their overall cash management strategy.

David joined WEC in 2004. He worked previously with Arthur Andersen and a boutique tax consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, specializing in closely-held businesses.

David graduated from Old Dominion University where he earned a B.S.B.A., with Honors, in Accounting and Information Technology, Magna Cum Laude.
