Compensation
We are committed to paying our employees equitable wages that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position. Our compensation rates are comparable to other CPA firms in the area.

Compensation for every position is determined by several factors, including job analysis and evaluation, the essential duties and responsibilities of the job, geographic location, and salary survey data regarding pay practices of other employers.

Merit-based pay adjustments may be awarded at our discretion. Incentive bonuses and profit sharing contributions may be awarded depending on the overall profitability of the firm and based on each employee`s individual contributions to the success of the practice.
