Norfolk, VA – January 2, 2013 - Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P. C. (WEC) is pleased to announce Angela Kerns, CPA as the firm's newest Shareholder, effective January 1, 2013.

With over ten years in public accounting, Angela provides a wide range of consulting and advisory services to her clients in the areas of property acquisitions and dispositions, tax credit maximization and deal structuring. Angela leads WEC’s Real Estate services team and has concentrated expertise serving multi-family developers with portfolios ranging from local to national. Angela specializes in low income housing tax credits, 401k and 403b audits and healthcare.
Angela’s clients appreciate her holistic client service approach, managing her engagements from inception to completion while serving as the key point of contact to other engagement team members.
Angela graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
