Since 1989, Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer has been a dedicated supporter of local philanthropies and charities. From our volunteer work to financial contributions and event sponsorships, we are committed to our community. Our shareholders and employees serve on numerous boards, committees and volunteer groups. Team members, at all levels, are encouraged to volunteer time and effort to the philanthropies or community endeavors of their choice and are given time off to volunteer with full compensation.
We are also an active member of the Volunteer Hampton Roads Corporate Council and our staff contributes to the United Way annual campaign. In addition, we are an educational partner with Volunteer Hampton Roads. We provide instructors, sponsor their educational programs and offer tuition assistance to our not-for-profit clients for training.

Shareholder
Julie Sokolowski joined Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. in 1999. She has been practicing in the field of auditing and accounting since 1993. Her areas of expertise include audit and accounting, compliance, financial statement analysis, cash flow and financing, and business consulting. Julie works with clients in a variety of industries including not-for-profit, retail, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and small business. Julie is the leader of the firm's Not-for-Profit Services Team and Retail Services Team.

Shareholder
Susan Einhorn joined Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. in 2002. Prior to joining WEC she was a shareholder with another local Hampton Roads accounting firm. Susan has 30 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and taxation services to closely-held business clients in a variety of industries including not-for-profit, construction (general contractors, subcontractors and developers), real estate (including HUD and VHDA) and retirement plans.
